BusyBees is the dream of 7 engineers from PICT
We all met at PICT during our engineering studies
and became good friends because of common likings. Our friendship flourished as
we hanged around and discussed about our lives and the world for hours together
at our favourite kattas. Soon we found that it was not only our hobbies that matched
but our aims for life were similar. Each of us has an entrepreneurial spirit. And
a brilliant idea of having our own company i.e. Busybees emerged. We all have graduated
now. Some are doing their post graduation. And some are busy making a roadmap for
this DREAM.
We want to create a unique organization
At Busybees we want to see the bigger picture
of what we do at work. We will ensure that we keep learning and growing. Our responsibilities
are and will be a mix and match of our current skill sets and roles, and some responsibilities
for the future role that we are likely to play. This ensures that we are and always
will be a step ahead.
We want to have unique work culture and fantastic work
ethics.
There's no place where we learn and grow as much
as at Busybees. There's nothing more fun than growing and learning, actually. Yet,
we look for more and more ways to have fun. At Busybees we spend a good amount of
our intelligence in being creative about enjoying life! Picnics, Festival celebrations,
Special Days, and more...
Who says work can be boring? Not at Busybees.
We have our values which we do not compromise on
We are self-expressed and professional. At Busybees,
each one respects the other, where each individual is equally approachable regardless
of knowledge he possess. It is a place which gives importance to ethics and integrity,
to ownership and initiative. We like being accountable for what we do, and knowing
that we are not just a 'cog-in-the-wheel' , but also an important contributor. We
like to innovate, contribute and grow.
What Busybees means to us?
It will be a place that we will our first 'home'
, where we will spend many years of our life, enjoying and growing.
Why do we work?
Apart from earning money, we believe that work
is a mechanism for bigger objectives like holistic personality development, and
managerial and professional skill developments. We work to achieve high self growth.
Who are our Competitors?
We compete with our past performance for a better
tomorrow.
